Overview

After you have configured the Service Group to trigger two or more alerts based on conditions such as Aggregate Statistics, the alert rows don't display the latest message for alerts received from the same Service Group. Instead, you notice that the alerts rows are being clubbed in the list of the Outstanding Alerts, while you expect the alert message in the Outstanding Alerts table summary to update with the latest Alert. This also applies to the Alarm messages.

This product behavior is functioning as designed and is not a bug or a defect. However, a Product Enhancement request in AUREASPECS-2616 has been raised to address this in a future release.

Please note that such requests are subject to approval and take time to implement. And we cannot provide timelines for the implementation of a request.
