When you are not able to log in to the Worx Portal (aka Aurea Community portal) in order to access the Aurea Monitor documentation shared on this portal, try the solutions described in this article before contacting our Support Team.
Solution
First Time Users - Registration
If you are a first-time user of our Worx Portal (never registered before), then first you should request access using the Request Access form available under the Customer Login section.
Our team will review your access request, and get back to you with the login credentials.
Password Reset
If you are a registered user, we recommend first to try resetting your password using the "I forgot my password" link under the Customer Login.
Note: Due to syncing problems between the Worx portal and the authentication engine, in rare cases, it might take a bit longer time to reflect the new password. Please wait a few minutes after the password reset before trying to log in with the new password.
If password reset doesn't help, please contact our Support Team.
Users Deactivation
Users are automatically deactivated after not logging in for 6 months. If this is your case, please try first a password reset. If you are not able to login after the password reset please contact our Support Team.

If none of the solutions described above helped, please open a support ticket with our Support Team to investigate what could be the issue with your account.
In the description please specify the email address that you use when trying to log in to the Worx Portal.
