Overview
You will get an error as shown here in AMS logs if you don't configure the database details correctly

Solution
This can be corrected by following the below steps:
- Add the database details for Intermediary under Management Server->Configure->Platform->Database.
- Go to the profile where you have imported the deploy.xml for Intermediary.
- Open the profile and add the database.
- Provision the node.
Testing
Database details should reflect on Intermediary. You don't need to reimport the deploy file.
