Overview
You can't sign in to the "new" Jive support portal or Aurea Support Portal.
You receive the following error:
SalesForce Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in because of an issue with the single sign-on. Contact you Salesforce admin to help.
Solution
Starting from April 2021 we have migrated our Aurea Monitor Support Portal to a ZenDesk based solution. We are not using SalesForce anymore.
If you are looking for access to our documentation and blog posts on our Worx Portal (aka community.aurea.com) you can easily access it by using the Worx Community link available on our support.aurea.com portal in the upper right corner next to your profile.
Once on the Worx portal, just log in using your Worx Credentials. If you are a new customer you might need to Request Worx (Aurea Community) Account to Get Access to the Documentation
