The list is published on Worx in a separate document and can be searched. Aurea_Monitor_Supported_Platforms_Guide_2021R1.pdf is one such document available on Worx.

The Interceptors work for different versions of the platform, but if it doesn't then please create a support ticket mentioning the Interceptor in use, its version, and the version of Aurea Monitor.
