Overview

When you do a fresh install of your Aurea Monitor Management Server (AMS) to get the new de-flashed version (v12, aka 2021R1) and you open AMS UI with the browser, apparently it still refers to Adobe Flash on the login page. You will notice when connecting to the brand new AMS instance warnings from the browser to Authorize Adobe Flash and a warning that using Adobe Flash is a security vulnerability.

It seems like not all references to Adobe Flash have been removed from the 2021 R1 release.

Solution

This issue does not impact Aurea Monitor functionality (it is due to a mechanism used by a third-party component to check Flash availability).

It has been fixed in Hotfix 1 for 2021 R1 of Aurea Monitor.
